D60 Digital Fan Controller: Control Up to 60 Fans and Monitor Each One

Are your ventilation fans simply switched on—or do you know how each one is running?

For pig farms using digital or EC fans, ventilation management goes beyond starting and stopping equipment. It means adjusting fan speeds to match ventilation demand and identifying individual fans that need attention.

The CCSDA D60 digital fan controller brings these functions together, supporting up to 60 compatible digital fans in negative-pressure pig houses.

Adjust Fan Speeds by Group

With 4 digital fan interfaces and 6 RS485 ports, the D60 supports communication-based fan control.

Instead of relying only on switching additional fans on or off, operators can adjust the speed of fan groups according to house temperature and ventilation requirements. This provides a more flexible way to manage compatible digital and EC fan systems.

Monitor Individual Fan Operating Status

A control command alone does not tell you whether a fan is operating as expected.

The D60 receives motor operating-status feedback, helping operators check individual fans and identify abnormal conditions. This adds visibility beyond manual inspections and helps maintenance teams determine where attention is needed.

Connect Environmental Data with Equipment Control

The D60 also supports the wider requirements of pig house climate control:

  • 7 temperature inputs: 6 indoor and 1 outdoor sensing point for monitoring conditions inside and outside the house.

  • 6 × 4–20 mA inputs: connection to compatible environmental sensors, including humidity, CO₂ and ammonia sensors.

  • 8 × 0–10 V outputs and 12 relay outputs: flexible configuration for ventilation and other environmental-control equipment.

A 7-inch touchscreen supports parameter adjustment. Through 4G or Ethernet, environmental data and fan operating status can also connect to the AiFarm platform.

Is the D60 Right for Your Pig House?

The D60 is designed for negative-pressure ventilation systems where digital or EC fan group control and individual status monitoring are priorities.

Compatibility matters: EC fans do not all use the same control method or communication protocol. Confirm fan models, supported protocols and wiring conditions with CCSDA before finalizing the configuration.
